1. Serviceable Locations
- We deliver to all major cities and towns within India.
- Delivery availability depends on the serviceability of your pincode by our courier partners.
- If your location is not serviceable, you will be notified during checkout.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (Monday–Saturday).
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
- All items are packed securely before dispatch.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
| Metro Cities (Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Bangalore) | 2–4 Days |
| Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities | 3–7 Days |
| Remote / Village Areas | 5–10 Days |
Note: Delivery may be delayed due to weather, holidays, strikes, or courier issues.
4. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: ₹49 – ₹79 (based on weight & location)
- Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999
- Heavy shipments (above 3kg) may incur additional charges based on courier rates.
5. Tracking Your Order
- You will receive an SMS and email with a tracking link after your order is dispatched.
- You can track your shipment anytime through the Order Tracking page.
6. Packaging & Safety
- All items are packed using food-grade and tamper-proof materials.
- Fragile items are bubble-wrapped for extra protection.
- Parcels are sealed properly to avoid any spillage or damage.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier attempts delivery 3 times and fails due to:
- Wrong or incomplete address,
- Customer unavailable,
- Not responding,
the package will be returned to us. Reshipping charges may apply.
8. International Shipping
We currently do NOT offer international shipping.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
If your parcel arrives damaged, leaking, broken, or missing items:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide your Order ID and clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy.
