This Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds may be requested. Please review the policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Product must be in original condition, unused, and unopened.
  • Must include original packaging and invoice.
  • No damage or tampering after delivery.

Returns/Exchanges Accepted Only If:

  • Product is damaged.
  • Wrong item received.
  • Seal was broken at the time of delivery.
  • Product delivered in expired condition.

Timelines:

  • Return/Exchange request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Pickup arranged within 3–5 business days after approval.
  • Replacement completed within 3–5 business days after pickup.

2. Cancellation Policy

Customer-Initiated Cancellation:
Order cancellations are currently not accepted once placed.

Exceptions:

  • Technical errors
  • Out-of-stock items
  • Pricing/technical glitches

Eligibility:

  • Orders not yet dispatched may be considered (subject to approval).
  • Dispatched/packed orders cannot be cancelled.

Company-Initiated Cancellation:
We may cancel orders due to payment failure, wrong details, system issues, or product unavailability. Customers will be informed promptly.

3. Refund Policy

After receiving the returned item, it will undergo quality inspection.

Approved Refunds:

  • Refunds to original payment method.
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days.

PhonePe / UPI Payments:

  • Refund will be sent to the same PhonePe wallet/bank account used for payment.
  • Ensure PhonePe/UPI account is active.
  • For disputes, contact us at jahobahaat@gmail.com or PhonePe support.

4. Not Eligible for Return/Refund/Cancellation:

  • Missing original packaging or invoice.
  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery.
  • Used, tampered, or damaged products (post-delivery).
  • Partially used/consumed items.
